Judi has warmth and humour as she explores with clients the issues they are facing. She believes it’s important for therapists to let their clients insights naturally unfold, and that takes time and patience, along with good questions and observations. Therapy shouldn’t be a process in which the therapist imposes her values and ideologies or is wedded to certain outcomes. Rather, therapists do best when they understand the values and beliefs of the client, while helping clients examine if what they are thinking and doing is working for them. Good information makes for good decisions, some of that information comes with honest reflection. Judi is limited to clients who live in the province of Manitoba.
