I offer Inquiry-based change on the therapeutic journey, using self-inquiry and mindfulness to understand unwanted behaviors and feelings to explore and make peace within. I have long-time experience with supporting people to heal compulsions, addictions (eating issues), relationship difficulties, identity exploration. In addition to the therapeutic modality of powerful conversations, I draw from the practices of mindful meditation and silent retreats, and love the idea of becoming intimate, open and friendly with the mystery of silence, and life itself. My training is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (Byron Katie’s work), meditation, and running groups for people exploring change with all kinds of personal concerns, including gender identity.
