
If you are questioning how you had previously understood your gender, you likely have a lot on your mind! Sometimes, it can really help to talk with someone about what you are going through – be it family, a friend, or a therapist. Therapists are different from friends and family in that they are not personally involved in your life and will look at things from an outside perspective. Therapy involves slowing down enough for both you and me to really think about what is going on for you in a way that can be hard in everyday life.
